A great reminder of being compassionate regardless of what your job is or position in life. This theory should be put into practice in everyone’s life on a daily basis.
I really value this idea. I always try to ask an open-ended question of everyone who comes into the store to get a gauge on what’s going on with them. It creates a more personal experience.
