I so appreciate what you are saying, Bob. I live in stress and frustration. When it seems like it is all upheaval, which one do you choose to work on first? I look at all that needs to be done and I am overwhelmed.

Ask yourself which problem is causing you the most stress. Start there. Free up your mind to work on opportunities.

I might add, buy the Retail Mastery System if you dont have it yet. It was a great platform for my last retail company. Secondly, I recommend looking for a mentor or calling up Whiz Bang to see if they can do a consultation for you.
Yes. Figure out what skill I need to solve the problem. Instead of being frustrated that things aren’t going well. I think this is extra hard during the pandemic because we’ve had to shift to doing business so much differently
