Great Advice Bob! I feel this very much. With so many of us pivoting to new models, new channels, and staying agile in 2020, some of the processes shift/ new people enter and the slow down presents us with a little less clarity and focus. I am Going to work on creating better habits this year to become the leader my team and business needs. I want to be ready for the post pandemic. Thanks for the talk.
Tammie, You are ready already. Just keep moving forward every day. And join the Platinum Mastermind Group (:
Thank you for this!
You’re welcome. I’m glad you found it helpful!
Bob
One year, instead of setting goals I made a list of all the things that made me crazy (please no comments from those who know me)I went about finding ways to eliminate as many of these things as I could.
Great idea Janet. Thanks for your comment!
I am tracking with Bob. My first blog for 2020 was on building your team. Now there are even more hats to wear, and you can’t wear them all. Buying, selling, merchandising, operations, and now you have entered the world of Omni Channel Retail. And as Bob refers to it as the Omni Experience. The only way, and the best way to conquer your new world and to navigate the future is to make sure you have the right team to support you using the tools to help you manage those processes.
Bob is so right in focusing on the process to build and grow your business. Tools like The Retail Mastery program are there to guide you. Investing the time will pay rich dividends.
Thanks for your insights Marc. Thanks for your insights!
I meant “thank for your comment” and “thanks for your insights” (:
I like the idea of categorizing these habits. For me, I will take one from each category to work on initially and then add one more from a given category when I feel that I’m on track for the first. Not so over-whelming for me in the current environment.
I’m glad you found this episode helpful Carroll!
