Having customer friendly policies is the key to having customers who come back again, and again, and again.
Most retailers think their store offers great customer service, but a few customer unfriendly policies can ruin an otherwise great customer experience. The sign that indicates that all sales are final, or that sign that says no public restrooms does nothing more than say to your customer that they are not valued in your store. Make those into customer friendly policies. Policies like. “Get the Wrong thing?
