I always say, “Love your customers, and the money will follow.” This week I was given a true example of this message at our local health food store, The Health Hut. The way they handled this particular situation is what makes them a business I will shop at again and again. Be the kind of business you’d want to do business with. And always remember, W.W.M.C.W (What Would My Customers Want).
