This Episode: A Simple Strategy To Get Different Results
Wishing for your business to grow isn’t enough. In order to get different, better results, you need to change. You have to change your habits and skills to learn how to get to the next level. It can sometimes feel unsettling to fall into a new routine, but it’s necessary to step up your game as a retailer. It may sound trite, but without change, there will be no change.

I have the opposite problem. I want to change everything, all the time. Used to drive my coworkers nuts. Over time, I’ve learned to slow down and really try to make each change count. To spend the time really learning the software inside and out, making all the customization stuff necessary, all the staff cross-training done thoroughly, etc. And on a personal level, reading more thoroughly on a topic (from a variety of sources) before flippantly making a big change in my diet or routine or whatever. So yes, I’m a big fan of change, but I think it’s worth doing it WELL.

Watched this yesterday and really let it sink in. Today, I’m putting it all on paper to see what I can tweak and what serves my business and what doesn’t so I can change! I’m not a brick & mortar, but love listening and learning from you!!

I purchased the Mastery Program at URA! I have been reading and reading! It has opened my eyes to things I do and don’t do! Trying to make a change at store everyday! This week a lot was done on visual merchandising as I get ready for Christmas! A couple of quotes have really resonated “Your store is not a museum” and “Stack them high and watch them fly!” have given me something to work on!
