For 17 years we have been recruiting from our customers. When we need someone to fill a vacancy or because we have been growing and need more experts, we have gone back to our customers. Our staff and managers continually talk to customers, allowing us to build a list of who would be a good fit, where their expertise lies, and if they have shown any interest in being part of our team. Because are looking for specific talents / skills, this has worked well for us (exception during and just after COVID).
