This Episode: Keep Your Cool This Holiday
The holidays can be stressful! In this episode of Real Retail TV, I discuss some of my favorite techniques to use when you’re dealing with a difficult customer or having a frustrating day. Be sure to share these with your team to help keep everyone’s stress levels down. And most importantly, recognize that when someone is being difficult, it’s not about you, it’s about them. When I deal with those kinds of people it increases my belief in God as you know they did not get this far in life all by themselves
