As a third grader in the small family grocery store I was taught to thank people if they had a complaint, then take care of it if I could. A practice still in use over 60 years later in my business. The staff are empowered to take care of the issue.
Also we will look into the target face book group idea.
Love that you are empowering your staff to handle complaints! It helps them feel more confident and gives your customers to get better service.

Talk with staff to prepare them for some of the possible customers coming through our door. Asking customers to use hand sanitizer and masks. Trying times, best to be prepared. Thanks Bob and Susan
